The Geothermal District Heating and Cooling Days 2024

​District heating and cooling and geothermal energy offer vital options to decarbonise the heating and cooling sector and reduce the dependency on energy imports in Europe. Although these concepts have a long tradition of use in Europe, they still cover a niche with a significant potential for market growth in the upcoming years.

The Geothermal District Heating and Cooling Days 2024 is organised by the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC), in collaboration with the host organisation the French Association of Geothermal Professionals (AFPG), and supported by SAPHEA & COST action.
