EGDI is EuroGeoSurveys’ European Geological Data Infrastructure. It provides access to Pan-European and national geological datasets and services from the Geological Survey Organisations of Europe.
EGDI is central to our key strategy to establish a Geological Service for Europe, and underpins European Commission strategies in areas where geological data and information are vital.

UNECE Resource Management Week 2023

The UNECE Resource Management Week 2023 “Assuring sustainability in resource management”, including the 14th session of the Expert Group on Resource Management (EGRM-14) will be held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and online, 25-28 April 2023.
The UNECE Resource Management Week 2023 will focus on a range of topics, including:
- Seminar: Deploying the United Nations Framework Classification for Resources in Europe and beyond to assure information for sustainable resource management
- Towards a new model for global collaboration on critical raw materials
- United Nations Resource Management System: Sustainable Resource Management Transformation Pathway to 2030
- United Nations Framework Classification for Resources Development and Implementation Roadmap: The next five years
- International Centres of Excellence on Sustainable Resource Management
The meeting will be held in hybrid format (in-person and Zoom) with simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Russian. Registration is mandatory for all participants. All registered participants will be provided with the Zoom connection details closer to the event.
