The PanAfGeo+ Partnerships and Capacity Building Kick-Off Meeting took place on 24-25 June 2025 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, marking the official start of the 2025-2029 phase of the EU-funded PanAfGeo+ Programme.
Co-organised by EuroGeoSurveys, OAGS, and BRGM, and hosted by the Geological Survey of Tanzania, the event brought together over 80 representatives from across Africa and Europe. With the launch of four new Country Windows and plans for expansion, the programme enters this phase with renewed focus on critical raw materials, institutional collaboration, and sustainable development.
